1. General Information
This website is owned by Tigelinhas, which is dedicated to the sale of handmade pastries.
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes implies your acceptance of those changes.

2. Products
Tigelinhas are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape or size from the images shown on the website.
We strive to keep all information, descriptions and prices up to date, but typographical or updating errors may occur.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are only considered valid after payment confirmation.
We accept the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase (e.g. MB Way, bank transfer, credit/debit cards).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of a pricing error, product unavailability or suspected fraud.

 

4. Deliveries and Collection

Orders can be picked up at a location to be determined or delivered to agreed addresses within Tigelinhas' distribution area.
Delivery charges and times will be indicated at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g. carrier, weather conditions).

 

5. Storage and Consumption

The tigelinhas should be stored and removed from the freezer approximately 2 hours before serving, keeping them in the refrigerator until consumption.
We are not responsible for the poor packaging of products after delivery or collection.

6. Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns after delivery.
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
If the product is defective, you should contact us immediately, providing photographic evidence, so that we can assess the situation and, if applicable, proceed with a replacement.

 

7. Liability

Tigelinhas is not liable for any damage resulting from the incorrect use of the products.
We guarantee that our products are made with quality ingredients, but we are not responsible for adverse reactions in cases of allergies not communicated by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tigelinhas website (text, images, logo, design, descriptions) is the exclusive property of Tigelinhas and may not be used without prior written authorisation.
 

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy and Cookies Policy, available on this website.

 

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the court of the district of Lisbon, unless otherwise provided by law.
